Audi's November sales sees 66 percent jump
German luxury car manufacturer Audi today reported a 66 percent jump on its sales in November.

Chennai: German luxury car manufacturer Audi today reported a 66 percent jump on its sales in November. The company sold 425 cars in November 2011 compared to 256 cars in the same month last year.
For January-November 2011, the firm recorded 83 percent jump on its sales to 5,117 cars against 2,791 cars sold during January to November 2010.

"Given our outstanding performance in the first 11th month of the year, we are well poised to finish the year strongly by exceeding our expectations yet again. We attribute this growth to our continued focus on introducing an energetic product line, qualitative network growth and strong brand pull..", Audi India Head Michael Perschke said in a statement.
The company also planned to increase its dealership network across the country from the existing 15 to 23 by 2012, the statement added.
