Ever since the Union Railway Minister announced the new rail budget #CelebTrains has gone viral on Twitter, and has become the top trending topic in India.

While Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu did not announce any new trains in his maiden budget, it was seen as a step away from a tradition of laying on new services to politically important constituencies. However, he did announce a lot for the common man to cheer about -- such as better ticketing facilities, expansion of e-catering service, a pan-India helpline number for any complaint related to the railways and ease of travel for the differently-abled and senior citizens.[caption id="attachment_639002" align="alignleft" width="380"]
