Skybags shows you how to arrive in style

VIP Industries Limited released a commercial for its latest suitcase product, the Skybags Riviera. The TVC, conceptualised by Law & Kenneth and produced by Coconut Films, stars Bollywood actor and brand ambassador John Abraham.
In the TV commercial, two girls waiting for their luggage at the airport carousel start a fun game - singling out random bags on the carousel and trying to guess who it might belong to. They see a cling wrapped bag and associate it with a nervous man amongst the passengers. Their guess turns out to be correct. They continue the game when they spot an old grey suitcase and attribute it to a lady whose styling sense seems outdated. Next, a boring black bag which they guess correctly belonging to a banker and a bag with a broken handle belonging to a discount-seeking brightly dressed woman.
They then spot the Skybags Riviera and are awed by the looks of the bag. While they are sure it belongs to someone smart, John Abraham steps in to suggest it might belong to an actor. The girls nod in agreement when they realize its John Abraham himself. While they are still awestruck by his presence, John takes the Skybags Riviera from the carousel, swirls it around and asks them, "What sort of bag do you have?"
Rahul Nangia, Chief Creative Officer, West & South, Law & Kenneth, said, "You look at any conveyor belt at any airport around the world, you'll find only boring black and grey bags. Skybags breaks the pattern. So the idea was to make people look at their own bag, and wonder if they are being judged for it."
