He has passed the civil services exams in his first attempt.5. He is a former IRS commissioner.6. He played a major role in passing the RTI.7. He created a party called AAP that won 20+ seats in the first election in which they participated.You may support other parties all you like, but Kejriwal cannot be called unqualified or incompetent. That would be disrespecting the institution he represented in the past.
